Executive chef and owner Christopher Spreng has been working in the
restaurant business since he was 14. He started as a dishwasher with a private country club in the Columbus area. A 2005 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York Christopher worked as a line cook and sous chef with various restaurants in the Columbus and New York area. Before returning to Columbus he worked as chef for a four star Italian restaurant in New York. His varied experience in the culinary field is a perfect match to the "casual fine dining" he offers at C. William's Bistro.
